How it works

From your first lesson to a certificate anyone can check

  1. Learn

Short video lessons and readings, one topic at a time, at your own pace.

  2. Practise in a lab

Hands-on labs on a demo server we run for you. Nothing to install to start.

  3. Pass the assessment

A timed exam drawn from a large question bank; Level 2 and 3 add a practical task.

  4. Get your certificate

A certificate with your name and a unique ID, as a PDF and an image.

  5. Share it

Add it to your LinkedIn profile in one click, or share its link anywhere.

  6. Anyone can verify

Employers and clients check it on our verification page by its ID.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Something else? Ask us.

When do the courses open?
We're building Level 1, Foundations, first, then Level 2, Administration. Level 3 follows. Leave your email and we'll tell you the day each one opens.
Do I need a paid plan or my own server?
No. The labs run on a demo server we provide, so you can learn without a paid plan. If you already run SpanDock, you can do the labs on your own server too.
What does it cost?
We'll announce pricing before each level opens. Everyone on the list hears first.
How long is a certificate valid?
Level 1 doesn't expire. Level 2 and Level 3 certificates are valid for two years, because the product moves quickly; you renew with a shorter assessment on what changed.
How do I add a certificate to LinkedIn?
Your certificate page has an “Add to LinkedIn” button. It opens LinkedIn's “Add license or certification” form with the name, issuer, dates, ID and link filled in; you check it and save.
How does someone verify my certificate?
They enter its ID (it looks like SDA-L1-XXXX-XXXX) on the verification page, or open the link you shared. They see your name, the level and course, the dates and whether it's valid. Your certificate is listed only if you agree.
Can my whole team take it?
Yes. We're planning team enrolment, progress reports and private sessions for larger teams. Tell us what your team needs.
What do you do with my email?
We keep it, with the courses you chose, only to tell you when the Academy opens. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes your address from the list.
